Our brewer will take you on a tour of the production facility and show you the process of re-creating historical beers. From historical research to adjusting the water chemistry, propagating yeast and using old-time brewing and aging techniques, you’ll see how we bring beers back from the dead.
After the tour you can relax in our taproom and be the first to try our beers on tap.
