Project Hop is a new community exploring the science of beer, the influence of ingredients, and the connection between farms and flavour. Join us as we introduce the project, discuss our research, and begin building our founding Research Council.

The evening will also feature the release of a special experimental Tripel IPA test batch and an opportunity to help shape the direction of future projects.

Whether you're a brewer, beer enthusiast, scientist, farmer, or simply curious, this is your chance to become part of a research project you can taste.
